Before training as a Psychotherapist, I spent many years in the fashion industry working in international accessory design and wholesale.
I am, at my core, a creative individual who thrives in situations where I can explore different cultures, lifeworlds, and experiences to create reimagined realities.
Due to this, I tend to naturally work within my therapy practice metaphorically and visually when communicating with clients.
This can allow for more flexible thinking, access to feelings that would otherwise be difficult to describe, and dynamic change through language.
I have a special interest in issues to do with work and identity.
