I’ve compiled a list of the most frequent questions that I have received over my career.
It’s normal and encouraged for patients to ask many questions when choosing to work with a Psychotherapist. Here are some answers to the questions I receive the most. If you can’t find what you are looking for, please get in touch.

What technique do you use?

Rather than looking at your problems from a medical perspective, an existential psychotherapist like myself sees them as challenges in everyday life. This method takes a holistic view of the individual and how they interact with the world around them. In addition to your relationships with others, your culture, and the world around you, this also includes how you live and act.

Do you offer low cost rates for low incomes?

Can I see you in-person?

Yes!

I am available in Marylebone, central London at 85 Wimpole Street, W1G 9RJ and also in Hampstead Garden Suburb NW11. 

How long does each therapy session take?

Sessions are for 50 minutes.These sessions can be time limited to 10 sessions or open ended for longer term therapy. Once we have a chat and see what is going on for you, we can agree on a way to work together that is best for you.

Do you work on Zoom?

Yes, I am currently working on Zoom. 

Working online is a different concept for those used to a face to face setting, and whilst it can bring some challenges, the therapeutic bond can be just as deep and meaningful online as in a physical room.

In fact there are even unexpected benefits and advantages to working remotely and reports from clients have supported this.
